Back pain is very common complaint. According to a survey, it is found that 80% of world population will have low back pain at least once in their lives. It is very common in Adults aged between 35 to 55 years.
Back Pain Causes
Back pain can be categorized in two parts, namely-
Upper back pain
It is caused due to disorders of the aorta, tumors in the chest and spine inflammation.
Lower back pain

Back Pain Treatment(s): Primary Methods
- Soak 100 gm of wheat in water then grind the mixture of 60 gm poppy seeds & 50 gm coriander seeds in the soaked wheat. After that prepare a cereal of this mixture in milk. Consumption of this cereal for two weeks will benefit the patient (from back pain) and improves the digestion as well.
- Consume 10-10 gm of poppy seeds & sugar candy in morning and evening with the lukewarm milk after food intake.
Back Pain Treatment(s): Additional Methods
- Massage your back with turpentine oil is also very helpful in lower & upper back pain.
- Walnuts are helpful in curing back pain, knee pain and joint pain as well. Regular consumption of walnuts also works as blood purifier.
Back Pain: Precautions
- Avoid rice, Vigna Mungo, fine flour based items and Fried items strictly.
- Always drink lukewarm water.
- Avoid Coffee and tea & make a habit of consuming honey or glucose mixed water.
