- Then sit under sun rays for about 20 minutes and start combing your hair gently.

Lemon & Coconut Oil

To gain thick hair naturally, lemon & coconut remedy works best on all types of hair. Adopt this remedy as per the following instructions-
- Take 1 lemon and peel off its outer layer.
- Mix that lemon peel in coconut oil and store it in a glass container.
- Keep the container in the sun for 8 to 10 days.
- After that strain the oil with the help of a cloth (use cotton or muslin cloth)
- Massage the oil gently into the roots of your hair.
Multani Mitti
Multani mitti (also known as Fuller's Earth) is clay with numerous hair benefits. This clay is rich in minerals such as magnesium, silica, and iron. Its absorbent properties allow it to naturally soak excess oil and sebum from hair scalp. Multani mitti has abrasive properties that help in skin exfoliation by removing the dead skin and dandruff flakes. Multani mitti also helps in hair growth, hair straightening, hair conditioning and tackles the appearance of split ends. Let us discuss about multani-mitti solution -
- Take around 100 grams of fuller earth (slightly more than half cup) and soak it in water.
- After two hours, when it turns like clay then stir it with your hands to make a thicker consistency. Remember there should be no lumps present in it. (crumble if any)
- Apply this thick paste with the help of your hands and rub it gently on your hair gently. (Don’t wet your hairs)
- After 5 minutes wash it with cold water. (In case of winters use warm water as it may not come out so easily)
Gram Flour
Gram flour (Besan) does not only gives us beautiful skin but it is very important for healthy long and hair. It strengthens your hair follicles which ensures good hair growth. Using gram flour on your hair regularly adds volume and makes them look healthier. Gram flour is a popular treatment for hair loss, thinning hair, and dandruff. It cleans your scalp and keeps it from becoming irritated or itchy.
- Take one cup of gram flour and pour it in water for some time.
- Let it become a good consistency paste. (neither too watery nor too thick)
- Apply this mixture to your hair with the help of a brush or hands.
- Let it rest on your hair for about an hour.
- Then simply wash it with cold water.
Curd & Black Pepper
Curd has antibacterial properties and is an excellent ingredient for preventing scalp infections. Curd is high in calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, and sodium, as well as it is a good source of vitamin B12 and folic acid. Curd is high in vitamin B5 and D, making it an excellent hair super food.
Black pepper is high in vitamins A and C, as well as carotenoids, flavonoids, folic acid, potassium, and other nutrients. The presence of all of these characteristics equates to exceptional hair growth and dandruff-fighting properties. It helps in reducing dandruff and itching.
- Take half a cup of curd and add 1 black pepper powder into it.
- Apply it to your hair and massage thoroughly. Let it stay on your hair for some time.Then wash it with lukewarm water.
Soap-nut (Reetha)
Soap-nut is the best foaming and cleansing agent (due to the presence of saponins). As saponins produce natural lather when mixed with water. The regular use of soap nuts aids in the cleansing of the hair scalp. Soap-nut has insecticidal properties that are beneficial in the treatment of hair loss caused by dandruff and the removal of lice from the scalp.
According to Ayurveda, dandruff is the leading cause of hair loss. Soap-nuts help in dandruff control and promote hair growth due to its tridosha (Vatta, Pitta, and Kapha) balancing properties.
- During the night soak some small peels of soap-nuts in water with the ratio (1:40)
- In the morning crush, these soap-nuts peel through your hands. Then strain that water and boil it for two minutes.
- Wet your hair with warm water and pour half of the mixture.
- Gently massage that mixture with your hands for about 5 minutes. Then repeat the same process with the leftover mixture.
- Rinse your hair properly with water.
This shampoo will prevent hair fall and make your hair shiny and stronger.
