- Add 1 tablespoon of sesame or mustard oil. (You can also use melted clarified butter (Ghee) if these oils are not available.)
- Add the required amount of water to this mixture to make a thick paste.
- Before taking the bath rub this mixture on your face and body.
- When it dries up after 10 minutes, remove it by scrubbing with your palm and fingers. (You will notice all the dead skin will be removed with this mixture.)
- After 30 minutes, wash your skin with warm water. (It will make your skin smooth, supple, glowing, and fairer.)
Tips: Do not use soap while bathing. Instead use gram flour (besan) + mill in the ratio of 1:2. It will work as a moisturizer in your dry skin.

Milk Cream Remedy
- Take 1 tablespoon cool milk cream (Malai)
- Add 1 pinch of turmeric powder.
- Daily apply it on your face and body.
