• Asafoetida Remedy - Take two seedless grains of genuine asafoetida & cover it with Corinth. Give the dosage of it with a glass of water to the Patient. Only one dosage can project the differences.
• Fennel Powder Remedy – Consume 6-8 grams of delicate fennel powder with fresh water. Only a one-time dosage can make the patient relieved.

- Take one spoon of Ajwain
- Boil it in 250 gm of water
- Strain the boiled mixture when it’s left 25 percent
- Drink this hot kadha in the night before sleeping
