Diabetes: Primary Treatment
- Take 6 grams rammed fenugreek seed and soak it in 250 grams water. Rasp it & filter it with thin cloth. Consume this solution for two months without mixing any chemical based sugary substances. After few months, you will observe improvements diabetes.
- Soak the mixture of one teaspoonful of fennel & 2 teaspoonful of fenugreek seeds in 200 grams of water. Filter it and consume it in morning empty stomach for 2 months. It is very helpful for those patients to whom mere use of fenugreek produces acidity or indigestion rest of the day.
Diabetes: Additional Treatments
- Blackberry’s leaf extract: Grind four leaf of blackberry delicately. Mix & stir this with 60 grams of water and then filter it with thin cotton cloth. Consumption of this extract for 10 days in every two months. It will benefit that patient who has complaint of evicting sugar through urine.
- Black Berry Leaf: At initial stage, consume 3-4 leaves of blackberry daily in the morning and evening.
- Blackberry: it is used for reducing the level of blood sugar/glucose from human body. In this prescription, take 60 grams of ripe blackberries and put these in 300 grams boiled water. After ½ hour squash & filter it. Consume this solution thrice a day to get relief from diabetes.
- Black Berry Stones: Dry blackberry stones( central seeds of blackberry) in shadow & prepare a powder. Consumption of this powder three times a day with fresh water is advised. Follow this prescription for at least 21 days.
- Mix Barley flour with gram flour proportionately and consume the bread made of this mixture with vegetables.
- Jogging for Long distance in morning and evening is very helpful in reducing glucose from blood and is the simplest way to eliminate blood sugar from body.
- Green vegetables fruits and especially curd is beneficial. These eliminate sugar from body in few weeks.
- Some yogasanas like Mayurasana, Ardh Matsyendrasana, Dhanurasana, Bhujangasana, Padmasana, Garbhasana. Practicing these yoga postures help in filtering blood and reduces sugar Blood.
Dietary in Diabetes

Diabetes: Abstinence(s)
Patients are not advised to consume the following foods as these are main constituents that results in spurting blood sugar-
- Avoid sweets.
- Rice, starch, sweet fruit and tobacco.
- Drinking water slowly is adhered.
