  • Prepare a delicate powder of dried seedless Amla and mix it with the sugar candy powder. Consume 2-3 teaspoonful this mixture daily in the morning and evening regularly for 2-4 weeks. It is very helpful in all type of semen disease, Nightfall, Premature ejaculation, constipation, headache as well as in blood purification. It also induces semen production and defends semen in human body.

Additional Treatments

  • Opt yogasana like Bhujangasanas, sarvangasana, Vajrasana, Padmasana, sun salutation. Practicing these poses regularly eliminate this disease.
  • Seat in Ashwin mudra position and performs kegel exercise. In kegel exercise, Contraction and releasing of anus is performed. Before contracting anus, tightly bound both hands first and during releasing it , unfold them. Perform these exercises 10-15 times daily in the morning and evening at empty stomach.
