Constipation

In Constipation, Belly used to remain tight
 Constipation is generally refers to the disorder of bowel function rather than a structural problem. In other words, Improper cleaning of stomach is identifies as Constipation and leads to all major diseases in human body ranges from hair loss to arthritis.


Causes:-  it generally includes

i.)           Inadequate fiber in diet.
ii.)         Inadequate water intake.
iii.)       Eating disorders.
iv.)        Eating large amount of dairy products.
v.)          Inadequate activity of or exercise.
vi.)        Depression.
Pressurizing stomach to pass stool 


Symptoms:-  It has following Symptoms,

i.)           Pain
ii.)         Vomiting
iii.)       Infrequent/difficult bowel movements
iv.)        Swollen abdomen or abdominal pain


Primary Treatments:-  

a.)  Ordinary Constipation:-  At this stage,

i.)           Take properly washed 10-12 seedless munnke.
ii.)         Boil it with Milk.
iii.)       Drink this healthy Milk at night. It will cause defecation in the nest morning.

If Constipation is in fierce stage then practice above prescription regularly for 7-10 days. Otherwise consume it casually.(Once in three days)

Ø  Optional Treatments for ordinary constipation:-  Follow below treatments if not relieved by the above prescription.

i.)           Take 4 gram Triphala powder with 200 grams lukewarm water/milk at night before going to sleep.
ii.)         Soak 2 teaspoonful psyllium husks in water about 6 hours and mix same amount of sugar in it. Take dosage of the mixture at night before going to sleep.
iii.)       Soak   5-10 grams psyllium husk in milk. it will become thick and swelled then mix desirable amount of sugar in it. Drink this solution with mixing little amount of hot milk. It is also proven very helpful in constipation.

Ø  A psyllium husk is very beneficial in diarrhea & dysentery. It is totally free of side effects., it also provides smoothness in the intestines and clean dirt from the intestines by swelling itself there.

ü  To get rid of diarrhea, take psyllium husks with whey or curd.
ü  To get rid of constipation, take with water or milk.

b.)  Harmless Laxatives:-  Consume one to five teaspoonful Castor oil mixed with one cup of lukewarm water or milk. It will prevent constipation or irregularities in stomach. In serious cases, consume 7-10 teaspoonful Castor oil with the above prescribed method. It is also very helpful not only in laxatives but also in Stomach ache, vomiting, constipation, piles and eye related diseases.

c.)  Impaired Constipation:-  Follow this below prescription,
i.)           Consume Orange juice for 10-15 days regularly in the morning with empty stomach.
·         Avoid mixing of any additional things like salt, spices, or ice in the juice.
·         After Consumption , Don’t take any kind of food or other diet.

Dietary in Constipation:- Consume the following things in the constipation:-

i.)           Missy bread made of two parts of wheat flour and one part of gram flour.
ii.)         Bread made of scratchy flour.
iii.)       Chaffed flour bread.
iv.)        Spinach soup.
v.)          Tomato, carrots, salad, Raw Onions, Mint
vi.)        Oranges, Amla, Papaya, fruit juice
vii.)       Clarified Butter, Butter
viii.)     Desserts made of Chaff
ix.)        Oatmeal
x.)          Roasted Gram
xi.)        Lemon water
xii.)      Milk

Abstinence in Constipation:-  Avoid following diet in constipation:-

i.)           Fine flour
ii.)         Tea, coffee & other Beverages
iii.)       Fish, eggs, flash
iv.)        Food intakes at late nights
v.)          Chocolates & all kind of sweets
vi.)        All kind of junk foods
vii.)       Sitting habit for long period
viii.)     Spicy foods
ix.)        Bananas

Useful & healthy Habits:-  

I.)           Mix some fruits, vegetables and sprouts in Foods
II.)          Chew efficiently while eating
III.)        Consume plenty of water contained in copper pot daily early in the morning.
IV.)        Do not drink water immediately after consuming food. take it after ½ hrs or 1 hrs later consuming food.
V.)         Meditate daily.
